Clement comes from a corporate and regulatory background, working as a lawyer on deals involving clients from a range of industries spanning maritime, financial services, governments and FinTech. He's done deals across multiple business advisory verticals like fundraisings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing and regulatory compliance.
